Dr. Luis Martínez is a leading Regenerative Medicine and Cell Therapy specialist, clinical researcher, and biomedical consultant dedicated to advancing the frontiers of age management, longevity, and cellular therapies. As the President of XanoGene Clinic in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, he leads one of the region’s premier centers for cutting-edge regenerative treatments. He is also the President of Regenera Global, a multinational biotech company specializing in product development, research, and clinical consulting.

Dr. Martínez earned his medical degree from The Ponce School of Medicine and completed his residency at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania. Further expanding his expertise, he completed an Advanced Training Course in Stem Cells & Cancer at the Ponce Health Sciences University/Magee Research Institute consortium. He is board-certified in Clinical Lipidology, holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology, and has fellowship training in Biosecurity.
